• Eternal Memories offers online memorial profiles, QR code plates, physical photo books, custom video tributes, and memorial websites with custom domains.
• Users must create an account to access certain features of our platform.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments must be made in full before services are rendered.
• Refunds are available only for unused services and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Eternal Memories reserves the right to refuse refunds for completed or customized services.

• Users must not upload offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. Eternal Memories reserves the right to remove such content at its discretion.
